"Will you sponsor us? Can we have a donation?" As a business owner you hear these questions all the time. OLM Foods is excited to provide you with a program that can turn these requests into opportunities to expand your business.

Steps For Success.
- Create awareness by requesting the marketing kit.
- Present the fundraising opportunity to the interested groups.
- 25 order forms are included in the kit that you may provide to the organization. Additional order forms are available by contacting your Sales Representative or Customer Service at 1-800-648-6227.
- The school or organization pre-sells the frozen pizzas using the provided order forms.
- The school or organization brings in their order. You receive payment at this time.
- You order the frozen pizzas from OLM Foods. The Pizzas can be ordered and shipped with your regular delivery.
- The pizzas will need to remain frozen, so be sure the fundraising organization has made prior arrangements to pick up the pizzas as soon as they are delivered.
You must order full cases of six pizzas.
Guidelines.
Groups wanting to do fundraiser MUST order through your store.
Please contact Customer Service at customersupport@olmfoods.com and your OLM Foods Representative prior to starting the fundraiser. They will document your upcoming fundraiser and assist with any questions you may have.
Fundraiser Guidelines and Information:
- All products sold are perishable; arrangements must be made to store and keep them frozen after receiving.
- All pizza varieties are sold as cases, 6 pizzas to a case. All orders must be in full case increments.
- Pizza varieties are: Cheese, Pepperoni.
- The suggested selling price for a Fundraising Group is $10-$12 per pizza.
- Fundraising Groups must pay the Store for the pizzas.
- The Store can help you with pizza cost and payments.
- When you are ready to have the Store place your order, it must be made 14 business days before their OLM Foods Order Date. Larger orders will require a 3 to 4 weeks lead time.
- OLM Foods and/or the Store can help assist you with order due dates.
Delivery Guidelines and Information:
- Delivery on OLM Foods Route Truck
- Delivery date and times will be determined by OLM Foods.
- OLM Foods Truck Route Delivery times run Sunday-Saturday from 6 am – 8 pm.
- Delivery requested outside of Store location, will need to be approved by OLM Foods Transportation Department prior to starting fundraiser.
- To deliver outside of a Store location there is a 50-case minimum order. (Delivery to residential addresses is not available.)
- The driver will deliver the fundraiser order, he/she is NOT AVAILABLE to wait or assist in product distribution.
